Happy Independence Day!

14 if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7::14

Are you happy now?

Yesterday… I became completely disgusted with our Leaders in Washington.
Yesterday … Makes me want to go back to Washington and have talks with the leaders of this Country!
Yesterday … Makes me have more inspiration to run for Governor when I’m 40!
Yesterday… Makes me question a lot, makes me very ANGRY and makes me realize even more this was all in God’s plan—whether I agree with it or not.
If you’ve ever read this blog, you know that I’m conservative. I’m conservative because that lines up most with what the bible teaches. The bible is God’s law and really that’s the problem with this country is that we have strayed….strayed from Gods Law. People believe they are entitled to things when really the only things we are entitled to is Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
What makes me even more disappointed is that we the people have voted these people in office and allowed them to rule this great country.
Because of what occurred yesterday….
1)   This is going to cause the unemployment rate to go through the roof. Why in world would a small business who is struggling want to tack-on the cost of covering ALL of their employees?
2)   Why is government stepping in to tell the American people that they have to purchase an item and if not you have to pay a FEE?
3)   The choice should be up to the citizen whether they have health insurance or not. If they choose to have it they should also have the right to choose where it comes from and what things are covered. If they choose not to carry it they should not be TAXED by the government—where did the FREE MARKET go?
4)   How are you going to tax people who are already on welfare and can't afford to pay the penalty? Where is that money going to come from? Essentially you are saying too bad you can’t pay now give me more money?
The founding fathers never meant for the Federal Government to have this much power—the power was SUPPOSE to reside within the States—hence we have a Governor.
·         They have taken over healthcare
·         They have taken over student loans
·         They have taken over the financial industries
·         They have taken over motor vehicle industries

What else will they take over? Next your  FREEDOMS?? Whatever happened to the land of the free?

Shady is the name of the Game!

Shady-ness!

Just a few moments ago I received word that….”President Obama has granted an 11th-hour request by Attorney General Eric Holder to exert executive privilege over Fast and Furious documents….” {Source: FoxNews} Surprise!  Surprise!

So what exactly is “Executive Privilege” as Webster defines it-EXECUTIVE PRIVILEGE is the exemption from legally enforced disclosure of communications within the executive branch of government when such disclosure would adversely affect the functions and decision-making processes of the executive branch… Essentially now Mr. Holder does not have to produce the documents requested because… he’s special?

Ok let’s be serious… Obviously he’s guilty of partaking in this “little” operation or he wouldn’t be trying to do everything in his power to get exempt; and what is really sad is that there is a family (Brian Terry’s) who has lost a son, dad, husband, uncle, son-in-law and Father because Mr. Holder decided money and trading was more important than people who serve our country –on boarder patrol. Unbelievable!

That just goes to prove what kind of administration is running this country. A SORRY one!

I'm Alive!

Hi Friends!

I’m ALIVE!!!

You’re probably thinking-does she even know or remember she has a blog? Ha! So as sad at it seems my inconsistency has been dominated by life yet again….new Job, new Church, new (sort of) Dog, and as usual the list continues.

This blog has allowed me to express my opinions in more ways than one. From Politics to a glimpse inside my personal life, I try and write about whatever I’m feeling. It truly is a hard thing to do each an everyday; however, I’m going to try and make it more consistent and update more often. :)

So with that Friends….—I’m back!

GOP 12’

So yes… I know I’ve been absence. kind of on purpose, however; not really. J.  If you have been following this blog at all in the past, you know I’m somewhat obsessed with politics. Lately though I’ve become numb.
So let’s just be serious here. I’m so PEEVED. I’m not ok with Romney—he can’t make up his mind on anything, he flip flops on everything just to make himself look good. ObamaCare replicated after his RomneyCare. and I don’t think he’s good for the party {period}.
Newt Gingrich …well he’s a whole other story. I like him. I’ve met him once and I think he has a lot of great foreign policy knowledge, experienced, tough skinned {the list goes on}. Though the whole idea that he’s been married 3 times, he gets a little out of control sometimes and I’m not sure if the party will go for him. Essentially I am saying I don’t think he can win either.
Then there is Rick Santorum… {see below}

I’m stuck between a rock and a hard spot. I DON”T KNOW WHO TO PICK?
I don’t know Rick Santorum, but he looks, and acts the part. Not sure if he can beat Obama, but I must remember we must atleast TRY!
Needless to say I’m excited to see what Rick Santorum can do!
Whatever God wants God gets. There is a reason Obama is running the country {into the ground}, but I’m not certain as to what that reason is.

Mary did you know?

Being a woman, you dream of the day you will get married, have children, and become old with the one you’ve married. However, I’m not so sure Mary had the same visions and goals that I do.
Early theologians say Mary was between the ages of 12 and 14 when she became betrothed to Jesus, so therefore this is the approximate age she gave birth to Jesus.
I have yet to experience the birth of a baby (hopefully one day), but I could not even image riding on a donkey, giving birth on some hay, and having barley enough clothes to wrap my “holy” child in? What!?
Though Mary and Joseph did all of that! They married, she gave birth, and together they raised a child who… died for you and I.  I am reminded of a song this Christmas, sung my many, Mary did you know I thought I would share it with you!
Mary did you know that your baby boy will one day walk on water?
Mary did you know that your baby
boy will save our sons and daughters?
Did you know that your baby boy has
come to make you new?
This child that you've delivered will soon deliver you.

{via}
Mary did you know that your baby boy will give sight to a blind man?
Mary did you know that your baby boy will
calm a storm with his hand?
Did you know that your baby boy has
walked where angels trod?
And when
you kiss your little baby, you have kissed the face of God.
{via}
The blind will see, the deaf will hear and the dead will live again.
The lame will leap, the dumb will speak, the praises of the lamb.
Lord of all creation?
Mary did you know that your baby boy will one day
rule the nations?
Did you know that your baby boy is heaven's perfect Lamb?
This sleeping child you're holding is the great I am.

He IS the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords and He WILL soon come again!
